Done a good job , would recommend

Very pleased with flat roof repair highly recommended.

Roof professionals repaired the leaky roof on my workshop/games room. They were very quick to respond, arrived the same day to provide a quote, and were able to complete the job the next week. The price was very reasonable (actually half what one other company had quoted), and there were no hidden extras. They had to delay the work by a day (due to extreme heat that week delaying their last job - totally out of their control), but informed me as soon as they knew so I wasn’t kept waiting in for them. On the day of the work, they arrived when they said they would, were polite and neat, and fully cleaned up after themselves. The work itself seems well done, we have had no problems with it. My only complaint was I had to chase them repeatedly for the guarantee paperwork which they forgot to send to me, but this was resolved and ultimately Wesley delivered it himself with apologies. I am happy to recommend this firm.

Wesley's team members did the flat roof for my dormer extension and replaced a old flat roof.Because we convert the upstairs bathroom to a bedroom, so I wanted to have extra insulation after they started the job. Welsley was very patient to accommodate my requirements. The job was done at a very high standard. I am very happy with his communication and professional work. definitely recommend to others.

Good communication from the offset, Wesley agreed a date to come and scope out the job and arrived on time. He explained the problem with the roof and outlined what work would need to be carried out. He offered a fair price (which undercut a competitor) and carried out the work quickly. We wanted to wait until we had repainted the ceiling to see if (afterwards) the damp didn’t reappear...which it hasn’t. Wesley has been very persistent in requesting feedback, but overall the service provided was very good and I would use Roof Professionals again.

Due to the good reviews and professional looking approach, I hired Wesley to repair my chimney. A date was set for the work after recieving a written quotation. Although the weather caused some problems in starting the work, there was good communication between us to reassign a another date. When the team arrived they were knowledgeable, conducted themselves in a professional manner and answered any question I had regarding the work. Photographs of the work were supplied and I could see where the problems were. After finishing they left the area clean and tidy. It was a good job , done well.

Wesley and the guys turned up when they said they would and did a great job of repointing the chimney breast, replacing a ridge tile and resecuring some guttering. Clean, tidy, efficient and generally really good guys. Competitive rates and happy with what was quoted. Wouldn’t hesitate in using again or recommending to friends / family. Thank you
