Arrived promptly and got on with job very pleased with outcome have booked him to do another job

Wesley and his team were very professional, turned up promptly when we requested a quote & gave a very reasonable price, Wesley was approachable & was more than happy to alter plans after a last minute change of mind by myself. The job was carried out on time and to a exceptional standard, I will be more than happy to recommend their services.

After being ripped off by another company, I came to my builder to get my cladding and fascias done. Roof professionals was top of the list with over 600 positive reviews. I phoned the company explaining my dilemma, and listed the jobs that needed doing. My cladding had already been taken down, so only needed insulation, cladding installation, asbestos removal and roofline detail doing. I was assured the operatives were asbestos trained and the job was in safe hands. I was relieved as my wife’s due date was in 4 weeks! During the days that commenced, 4 in total, his men arrived 9:30 and were gone 15:30 each day, with two one hour breaks, not a lot was done considering a blank canvas and only roofline to strip and redo. After a discussion about quality of materials and not a lot of time left on my behalf, I suggested using materials left at my home by the other company which I was trying to get refunded for. I was given the final invoice and a message to say work was inspected by Wes and happy with the job! After inspection by myself I messaged a list of errors too long to name, and asked if he could look at the problems with me, to which I was told I never mentioned asbestos removal it was a learning curve and his men are spending no more time on the job. After fighting off 3 wasps nests this summer and now having to pay another company to do roofline detail, I’m furious! I suggest if you don’t know, get someone to check works done! This was just my experience

This was my first time posting on my builder.com Posted job on Sunday,Wesley came out to quote within 24 hrs and roof was fixed two days later. After months of being let down by others I can’t thank you enough for your prompt service.
