Great speed in quoting and availability once I had accepted the job. Workers friendly and timely. However, work done very quickly and not to the best standard. Wesley whilst receptive and mostly quick to reply at the beginning of the job was also difficult to chase for rectifications. Main reason for reduction in stars is that I still have a leaking chimney which was the primary issue I had at the property.
