I posted a job on MyBuilder thinking that one or two tradesmen might contact me. Within an couple of hours I received two enquiries. Middletons was the first company to enquire and so I contacted them first. I spoke with Craig and discussed my problem. He sounded keen and professional. We arranged for Craig to visit the following day. When Craig arrived, he described what he found wrong and what he would do to rectify the issue. He gave me a price (which was within my budget). He said he could do the job now -while he was here -. I was pleased to agree to him doing the job right away. Craig got on with the job, and finished in a couple of hours. The workmanship was excellent. The area was left in a clean and tidy state and the workmanship is a joy to behold. I would call Craig first if I ever have the need to call a builder.

Prompt/informative, kept me updated. Replaced and raised gutter brackets as leaking. No more leaks. Job well done.

Very efficient and transparent. Came next day and finished refurbishing a strip of roof in just 3 hours. Showed us pictures of all steps and price seemed reasonable for amount of work and materials.

Craig and John came the next day and sorted out the tiles quickly even under a slight rain. They also helped to check if there are other tiles need replaced. Super friendly. All with reasonable cost.
