Steven was polite and courteous at all times. He explained the work that was necessary and I'm happy with everything he's done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or hire him again if I need more work doing.

Excellent work and customer care

Steve arrived as promised, took time identifying all that was needed and followed up with a competitive price. He began the work as planned, kept us updated on progress and was polite, knowledgable and punctual throughout. All debris removed at the end of the job. Very satisfied with his workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Steven was great - came out to see the job Wednesday afternoon, I had the quote Wednesday night, I confirmed Thursday, he came and did it Friday morning! Explained things super well, took photos of the problems and talked me through exactly what was required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steven or use him again :)

Steven did a great job on our roof leak. He really reassured us with his nkowledge and it was clear that he was a really competent, trustworthy tradesman. We will no doubt use Steven again if we have any roof issues!

Steven was very quick to respond and completed the work this morning (24/9). He was very professional and explained everything that he did in great detail. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Steven repaired some bad leaks round our flue pipe / slate roof intersection. Had to wait a couple of months before heavy rain but problem seems to have been solved. Charged a fair price.

Had Steve replace and Re-bed some ridge tiles and also roof tiles, originally I wanted ridge tiles done at the agreed cost and replacement of damaged tiles, But after Steve’s free inspection it soon became apparent that other tiles around our property were in need of replacement too, Now Steve gave me good sound honest advice and I followed his recommendations, He as very kind enough to advise re-bedding only ridge tiles that required Re-Bedding and replace tiles I knew we needed but Also fit new tiles around areas of our roof that were a potential risk to cause concern(water leak) may I add the work was undertaken at the original agreed cost and small Wee jobs were done all inclusive, Steve’s is an honest gent whom I’d willingly recommend, And will certainly use again without hesitation,
