Robert and Paul did a brilliant job replacing the laminate worktop in our kitchen with one made of solid oak, the result is absolutely perfect - they are really skilled joiners. They also replaced the sink, tap and built a plinth and shelf at the window frame. Really pleased with all the work - they also recommended a great plumber which we will use in future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I placed a request on Mybuilder.com making it clear that my project was no normal project but wanted someone to install all my hardwood oak doorframes, doors (7 doors) and architraves and skirtings to a standard like one sees in insurance companies or banks. I even requested those not skilled to this standard not to apply so as to attempt to filter out cowboys. Eventually I was down to 3 people, so chose Roberto to come and see what needed doing and to allow me to get a measure of him and detect whether he could work along with me as I do much of this kind of work myself as a competent DIY-er. Thus, I needed a person who was able to see when I needed something done a particular way, but at the same time someone who could say “you know there is a better way to do this or that”. Well, suffice to say I didn’t just find the right joiner/builder, I realised after the first door I tested Roberto on I was looking at nothing short of a craftsman. In Summary, he wasn’t just asked to complete the hardwood project but because of his diligence and expertise was asked to help with demolish the kitchen wall to make an open plan kitchen-livingroom then we both installed the kitchen together, next installing splashbacks in the new bathroom. So, 2019 was a year I didn’t find just a craftsman who helped achieve my vision but left my wife and I with fond memories of a most competent trustworthy team player. Roberto was very professional and hardworking, great communication throughout as i was travelling during the work, i wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, i have been showing the work to my family/friends who also are going to use Roberto in the future. keep up the good work - good tradesmen are hard to find these days and you were just perfect!

Would highly recommend Roberto. The cost of the wardrobe was very reasonable, he was always pleasant and courteous throughout and the quality of his work was top class.

Roberto done a great job fitting my ikea kitchen splash back floor and skirting he is very proffesional and made sure my kitchen was perfectly placed he takes great pride in his work and turned up every morning and worked hard all day his pricing is very fair also ! I would definetely recommend Roberto and will be asking him back to do more work in my house

We were really impressed with Roberto’s work and craftsmanship on our staircase. He was prompt to provide a quote and turned up punctual to the job everyday and worked very hard. The staircase was a bit tricky in bits due to the shape but his background in furniture making showed he had a clear eye for detail and was able to work around a difficult shape. He is friendly, courteous and reliable. We will ask him back once we are ready to have the flooring laid and the skirtings replaced.
