Robert Neave was very efficient, he collected the grate when he said he would, fixed it and returned it and fitted it a week later. He did an excellent job and I would certainly recommend him to other people.

Arrived promptly, covered all furniture with dustsheets and swiftly got to work. Work carried out to a very high professional standard. Once job completed, tidied and cleaned the area thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this tradesman, as not only was he polite and courteous his knowledge and experience of HETAS installations was outstanding. The quality of his work was 5* all the way.

Ray Holder and his team has done a fantastic job! If you want a professional, prompt and well executed job - and the installation of our wood burner was challenging to say the least - Ray is the best man for the job.The wood burner looks great; Ray and his team put slate hearth around it, plastered the walls and did some extra job for us for no charge, just to help us out. Once finished, they cleared up after themselves perfectly. He was a pleasure to deal with, charged a very reasonable price and I have no hesitation whatsoever to highly recommend him.

Ray and his team communicated well, turned up on time and managed the job really efficiently. With clear information and safety advice, and considered options for us to choose from.We are delighted with the newly fitted wood burner and will be having a second one fitted by them soon.

many thanks to Robert Neave LTD , on the first visit i was struck by the can do attitude that Ray had, a refreshing change indeed. I was given a competitive quote but it was the can do attitude that made me choose this company, and am glad i did. On the day the fitters arrived on time , they were polite and communicative. The job wasn't as straight forward as initially thought but they talked me through the issue and a decision was made together on how to continue. Due to the alteration that needed to be made they contacted Ray who brought the extra slate that was needed and then he helped to finish the job. My furniture was properly protected from soot and dust , my wooden floor protected from any possible damage. I am more that happy with my fireplace, stone mantle and multi fuel stove. I would be very happy to recommend and will be using Ray for chimney sweeping and maintenance. As a lady who lives alone I felt comfortable with the fitters in my home so would also like to recommend Ray if you are worried about tradesmen being in your home. Many thanks fran

Robert was polite, punctual and professional from start to finish. The job was completed to an excellent standard and completed promptly. Offered great advice in regards to what would and wouldn't look right within the room you want your woodburner. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We are so pleased with the end result.
