Robert stepped in after another local plumber who had been hired through MyBuilder let me down. He was quick to diagnose the problem (which had already foxed two other handymen/plumbers) and returned a couple of days later with the necessary parts to fix it. I found him to be very professional, polite, tidy and punctual. The overflow leak has now stopped and I'm happy to recommend Gas Aces Alton.

Robert was great, honest and reliable. He installed a new water cylinder and corrected some old pipe work In my airing cupboard. He also replaced 2 leaking drain valves and a stop cock He also fully serviced my 40 year old back-boiler. I am very pleased with Roberts work, as it was done to a very high standard and nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely use again highly recommend. We hired Robert to install a new combi boiler in our loft. He is very professional! Happy with the work and price. Tidy worker, good communication and got on with the job! I would highly recommend him without any doubt!

I thought I needed a replacement boiler as there seemed to be many things that had gone wrong with it. Robert did not think them very difficult to fix, so he carefully diagnosed them one at a time and repaired the existing boiler. It helps that I have some spares for it already, and he was able to use a combination of existing spares and new components from his van to get it running properly. It seems to work better now than it has for a couple of years. Many thanks.
