Rob is an excellent tradesman. I called him in to fix a completely failed central heating system that he could have charged me a fortune for, but he carefully isolated the problem, agreed a fixed price and completed the job perfectly. A timewaster with more excuses than a politician. Wasted my time, money and caused considerable stress and inconvenience by starting a job which he left unfinished. Gave him ample chances to finish the job but let me down each and every time. DO NOT USE THIS MAN.

This guy just goes to show that you cannot trust any blue collar professional these days. Despite the long list of positive reference he has left the job at my mother-in-laws house in the middle and has not bothered returning phone calls. It has now been over 2 weeks. There are 5 adults in the household and are living with one functional bathroom because Robert here did not have the courtesy to complete the work. I also decided to use him at my house to fix a leaking bath tub and some other bits and pieces. The tub is still leaking and Robert will not return my calls either. I would strongly suggest NOT to use this guy for any big job as he has unfortunately turned out to be unreliable as well. One day I am sure I will find someone out there who charges reasonable rates and is a true professional. Until then my search goes on :-(

Robert did a great job. He was on time, worked astonishingly quickly, and finished all the work to a high standard with great care making sure I was fully satisfied. Very friendly and knowledgeable, hard-working, polite and conscientious, I'd have no hesitation in hiring him again.
