Very obliging and the carpets were fitted quickly and professional. Good job.

Rob did a super job. He provided an honest and competitive quote very quickly. He then completed a vinyl floor for a bathroom with a ply layer because of an uneven floor. Again, he accomodated me timewise and communication was excellent.

Really pleased with the service rob provided, great communication, reliable and done a great job fitting my front room carpet. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to have a carpet fitted. I hope to use again in the future. Thanks a lot rob.

stunning ,this chap certainly knows his trade , he was extremely polite and very tidy in his work as was his assistant , but he must be ranked as number one in his trade ,his attention to detail resulted in a really fine floor ..so happy and delighted we chose him . We hired Rob to replace nearly all floors in our 5 bedroom home including a 2 rooms annex with separate bathroom. A huge job! Rob has been the best choice ever: It started when he first came to assess the house and measure the floors. He did it thoroughly and precisely and had plenty of catalogues to show us as well as suggestions and ideas to offer. His quote was more than fair. After we hired him he worked hard, started early in the morning and worked the whole day through, came even on weekends in order to finish the job as scheduled! When a floor ornament we ordered had been done twice in the wrong colours by Karndean Rob did not charge us a penny. Instead he did his utmost to speed up things even if it was not his responsibility and Karndean did not cooperate. Moreover he refused to be paid before he didn't finish the job and put the ornament on the floor. Rob delivered an absolutely stunning floor throughout our home. We are more than delighted with Rob's excellent work done at the highest professional standards. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a floor job done. Thank you Rob - you're THE BEST!!

Very pleased with the 2 floor areas fitted, a large kitchen and a bathroom area. The kitchen had many awkward angles and an island but Rob and Matt have made a really good job of placing the tiles and it looks great. Prompt communication and arrived at appointed times. Happy to recommend!

Very please with the work. Rob was consistently punctual and polite, kept me informed by text with the progress (3 days work screeding and laying lvt). It was finished on time and i am really pleased with the neat finish. Highly recommended!
