By arrangement they came earlier in the week than expected, which got the job done quicker. The job itself was done quickly without fuss. They also very kindly offered to sort out a small related problem that we were unaware of, but due to circumstances beyond their control, it wasn't possible, but a small repair was done. Pleasant, friendly service, good communication, would use again.

Rob responded quickly to my ad and was out fast to have a look at our roof. He identified and showed me the problem (crack in the lead valley and previous bodged repairs) and coordinated the whole job including arranging scaffolding. During the work he saw that part of the valley was in good shape and didn't need replacing, and he reduced our bill accordingly. Rob and team were friendly and helpful - very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommend.

Robert and companion arrived when he said they would and were helpful and efficient and the job was done in quick time after them confirming which chimney was which. They gave advice re our chimney which we did not know and it appears to have done the trick . Thanks .

Rob advised me that the valleys were in a belter state than I thought and apart from a little patching (that I could do myself) didn't need doing. He also swapped a broken tile for me (I had a spare) whilst he was up on the roof - free of charge. Very much appreciate his honesty and advice and would use again
