Very friendly and approachable professional. Leak was dealt with quickly and according to the industry standards. Came next day to finish the job (drains) and fixed a minor leak that was left. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, I faced the same issue which other customers have faced. Had a problem, resolved but it led to another problem. After which I chased up to get RK plumbing booked in but left with no responses. Gave the benefit of the doubt that it was weekend but still many days later, no response. So now I have to seek for additional engineers to rectify the issue which RK has left me with

Communication good, message to say he was delayed. Professional, efficient, polite, listened to what the problem was. Would use again and highly recommended. ONLY 1 STAR WAS ALLOCATED AFTER UPDATING THE REVIEW. . Updated 8th April 2025. Overflow pipe still leaks after his visit. Rang to tell him. He arranged to come out. Didn't show up. Hasn't replied to telephone messages or messages via My Builder. I'll have to get another plumber and will be out of pocket. Very disappointed. No longer recommend. Now seeking advice from CAB to suit this plumber as £70.00 is a lot of money to lose and to continue to have a faulty overflow tap. BEWARE.
