Ricky gave a quote for replacing a toilet, sink, bath and shower and stuck to the price. He came when he said he would and explained what he was doing and what parts were required. He even came back to change a washer in the shower, which was faulty by the manufacturer without further cost. A reliable tradesman who I would recommend.

First of all, a big "Thank you Rickie!" We are very pleased with the work Rickie did in our downstairs loo. He responded very quickly to our message, came when he said to give us a quote (and a very reasonable price), and then the job was done very quickly, at high standard. He overcame some pipework challenges from the previous installs to give us what we wanted. We really appreciated his professional advice. We posted the job a week ago, and now everything is already done. We have already hired Rickie to replace and relocate our boiler in the kitchen as well. Rickie has not only technical skills but communication skills - which we think is very important (we had some bad experiences in the past with other tradesmen). Every time when we sent him messages, he answered quickly and informed us where he was with the work, what he still needed to do, etc. We strongly recommend him. (Like we said, we already hired him again :) )

Job done next day. Came on time, quick, efficient, clean and great price too. 100% recommended
