Rob & Stew did excellent work on our house, and even when the job became much harder than anticipated they took it in their stride. Communication was very good, and the job was carried out to a high standard whilst being good value for money. I am hoping to rehire them soon for extra work. I would recommend R J Gurney to anyone. :)

We hired R.J Gurney to renovate one of our rooms in to our Nursery and we are very pleased with the work Rob and his team carried out. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves removing all rubbish and debris from our house. Rob was also on hand via text, email or phone to answer any questions and the work has been carried out to a high standard. We will definitely be in contact again for future work on our house. Highly recommended.

Rob did a very good job and overcame a number of obstacles. Would hire him again.

Very happy with the work Rob and his team did for us over the three days they were with us on what was not the easiest of jobs (Victorian house with lots of blown plaster and some damaged original cornice). Things that stood out were the punctuality, the work rate and tidiness (always important when it comes to plastering). We were kept informed as the job progressed and are very pleased with the quality of the work done. Have no hesitation in recommending Rob.
