Colin is the local man we all need to maintain our houses at a very reasonable charge. We are delighted to have found him so soon after moving into the S'End area. We will be pleased to call him back when next we have jobs needing doing. Thank you very much this time for cleaning, preparing and fixing our old iron railings to the front wall of our property and for dealing with the leak in our guttering at the front of the house. These were the main jobs and were promptly and properly and satisfactorily dealt with. But more than that, with his years of experience in the several trades of home maintenance, he was able at a good price to see and attend to other smaller jobs that required doing. You made good the amateurish filling of cracks in our back patio. You fixed guttering that was missing and needed to stop the lean-to shed from leaking heavily. You tidied our tile path to the front door by removing an unsightly old water- inspection -cover and made good the broken and sunken tiles.
We are pleased, and when we've saved up we'll certainly have more done by Colin to improve our home!
