Colin has a professional and friendly approach and proved to be a very hard worker. We are very pleased with the work that he has done for us today and we would be happy to recommend him.

The gentleman was prompt and very pleasant and he didn't make a mess in my kitchen. He identified that the problem wasn't a blockage between the sink and the drain outside. An outside drain is blocked and although he tried very hard to clear with rods, so the water did drop by about 30cm in the manhole, it seems the pipe itself has an issue (previously my main front sewer pipe crumbled & has been replaced). I am having to get my insurer to sort out the problem and replace the drain. I am happy with the work that Colin did and of the effort he spent in trying to help me. I would hire him again.

Colin is absolutely fantastic. Goes above and beyond. It was not a simple job and he did it superbly. Very pleased indeed - even coming back in a couple of days to check if all is well and putting everything back. Strong recommendation for Colin - he will lot let you down.
