Francis gave me a very clear and reasonable total price for the job and stuck to this. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job replacing my broken bathroom spotlights. When an unexpected problem came up he was very keen to resolve it and did manage to do so. I would recommend him highly.

Francis was polite and courteous from our initial contact and arrived at the property in timely fashion. I initially chose Francis as his reviews were glowing and he most definitely lives up to what others have said. Chandeliers, TVs and dimmer switches were installed, all which came with minor issues which Francis clearly explained and remedied accordingly. I am very pleased with the job done and his aim to do a job accurately. Just what an interior designer wants when bringing tradespeople into client's homes. I most definitely recommend Francis and will be hiring him again, for personal and design projects, as his work ethic and price are great. Thanks

I posted Thursday night and Francis was here promptly Friday morning. It was only a small quick job so he managed to fit me in quickly. He was highly professional and competent, polite, efficient, clean and tidy. Thanks!

Francis and I spoke at 9am, he arrived at 11am and the job was finished by midday. He was quick, efficient and really helpful. His quote was reasonable and he only charged me an extra £5 for the parts which seemed very fair. He even helped me carry my (very heavy) fridge from the kitchen to the front of the house so it could be collected by the council. I would not hesitate in recommending him and would certainly use him again!

Simple and straightforward job - Francis quickly agreed to come over within a couple of hours. I provided pictures of the broken part, he picked it up on the way. Replacement done in 1/2 hour. Reasonable price. Very nice person to deal with.

I had problems with replacing halogen bulbs to LEDs, as well as repairing some faulty lighting in my kitchen. Francis took the time to understand the problem pre-quote, was detail oriented in his questioning, all of which helped me (a novice in UK electrics) to understand the scope of the problem and work out the right solution before Francis arrived on the job. This allowed Francis to bring the right material, and quickly and efficiently complete the job. His pricing was competitive, he kept to his budget and proved punctual in arriving and was efficient in completing the jobs we agreed. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and have already asked him back to complete more work.

I highly recommend Raymond. He was very punctual and courteous. He installed my cooker as requested. However, he also changed all my circuit breakers for me at a very reasonable cost. Most importantly he identified a fault with my electrics unknown to me. I will definitely use him again. Thank you

Francis phoned to discuss the problem with our lights and asked me if I could send photos of the fittings. He was working on another job when we spoke but said he'd be over later that day, kept in touch about progress, and turned up when he said he would. He assessed the problem quickly and efficiently, and solved it with no hassles. He is a polite, pleasant and very professional person and I can definitely recommend him for any job. large or small.
