Francis was great, very professional. He systematically went through every possible fault to figure out why our lights kept flickering and even went out to get the parts needed (proper dimmable LED bulbs and new dimmers). He was clear in explaining what he’d done and made sure we were happy with the final result. Can definitely recommend him for any electrical work.
