The wiring for my lighting was an unusual layout and took some real troubleshooting, but Francis figured it out and got the light up and all working. Francis was timely, friendly, honest and proactive. He had to deal with a few floorboards and a skirting board to remove/reinstall sockets, and he patched everything up nicely and cleaned up afterwards. He was very approachable, punctual, quickly diagnosed the issue, analysed potential overload caused to the switch by the bulbs of the chandeliers, was transparent and very efficient.
