He was friendly and flexible on our initial call regarding scheduling, as well as very prompt at replying when I selected him. Furthermore, the quote for the work was competitive too. Similarly, with the actual work: a good blend of both professional and friendly. One other thing that stood out was his attentiveness about the work, offering suggestions for a few related matters. He installed a pendant light on a 4m ceiling (which looks amazing!), fitted a light cord in the bathroom and replaced a light that didn't work. All super clean and quiet.
