Highly recommend perm-fix. Sorted damp in our living room. Clean & tidy, minimal mess whilst work underway....Afterwards everything returned to normal inside & outside. Plaster replaced to high standard. Skirting replaced & renewed where required. Carpets laid back down....no complaints at all! Very happy customer.

David and the team are all very nice and we felt confident having them in our home. They took a bit longer than expected as they had problems with their plumber apparently. However everything was done to a high standard in the end. Only issue really was I had specifically asked for my brand new cork floor to be taken care of but it was covered in dust which was a bit annoying as it gets into the hairline gaps between tiles. I also had to hoover out my gas fireplace - which wasn't totally possible. So there was quite a lot of cleaning up and main annoyance was that dust cannot always be totally removed. However, we were very pleased with the job overall and would recommend them. Swung between positive and neutral because of the dust left initially although they came to clean up some afterwards to be fair (we'd already done most) and overall did think it was positive. A fair price as well. Wanted all money before guarantee given, hadn't come across this before but it was in the terms and conditions - we just hadn't spotted it. There was no problem getting guarantee once we'd paid though, not that I'd thought there would be. Do use them, you would be pleased.

There were a couple of minor problems but David sorted them out quickly, very friendly and tidy, left house nice and clean both days, would recommend

The work was carried out to a high standard, the amount invoiced was the same as the amount quoted and David and his team were helpful. I'm pleased with the result and would recommend them for damp proofing work.

He was on time,and told me not to bother.as it was not that bad so i said thank you for being honest, and not charging me for a job that was not needed

The workers who came to carry out the work wasn't briefed well and had to chase several times for them to complete the job. Once completed the job was well done.

Perma-Fix Limited treated the damp problem in my house and I highly recommend them to everyone. David visited my house for the damp issue diagnose and quotation on the very same day I posted my job on mybuilder.com. A plan was agreed and the work was carried out on time, to a high standard and within a budget (at a very competitive rates!). All of the tradesmen who worked on a property were highly skilled, fast working, very tidy and polite. They left my house clean and well damp proofed. David and his tradesmen have shown themselves very knowledgeable, highly professional and reliable. It's been a real pleasure dealing with them.

The damp issue was quickly diagnosed with a quick visit. Advice was given and a number of options discussed. A plan was agreed and the work was carried out on time and a reasonable price. The work has solved the damp problem.
