He sent me photo’s/videos of the work he did. Replaced a couple of tiles whilst he was up there too.(no extra cost) Price-wise, he wasn’t the cheapest, but I was happy with his price, and happy with his work. I would recommend Richard as an honest and reliable workman who did not "flannel" me with claims about work that could be done (which would not have solved my problem).
