Richard repaired deep ceiling cracks in 3 rooms of my rental property. He was very professional throughout. He was punctual and polite. He covered all the furniture and was very tidy. I am very happy with how the ceilings have turned out. I have no hesitation to recommend Richard. In fact I will be calling him back when the tenants move out to paint the whole apartment!

Richard was excellent right from his initial thorough evaluation of the common areas for a quote, to the care he took whilst doing the painting. He was very clear about what was involved in the job which was two common areas of our building. He gave great options for paint and finishes and ensured we were aware of any issues along the way, such as a damp wall that he found. He was quick to suggest a solution and went above and beyond to get it fixed, even though it wasn’t his issue. I can highly recommend Richard for any work you might have, and hope to use him again in the future.
