Richard is great kept me in formed as to when he would arrive messaged me 1 hour before to confirm his arrival time. He is polite and friendly. The work was completed in a professional clean and tidy manner. The price quoted for the remedial work was fair and as he was able to, he completed the works at the same time so no need for a repeat visit. I would fully recommend Richard and will most certainly use him again in the future.
