Happy with the quality of work by Richard and team at short notice on a challenging job with solid concrete walls and floors involved, tricky cutting around kitchen cabinets and tiles, in a tight timescale. Richard is personable and super responsive to texts/emails/whatsapp at almost any time of day and week which was super helpful, with the patience to go through and explain any issues that come up. Went the extra mile for us with multiple visits to the supplies shop, chasing them with phone calls, and helping us choose electric products.
Not perfect with all the detail so probably best to give them clear written/texted instructions and keep track of any increasing costs during a project if the client changes/develops requirements. Filling in the wall chases could have been neater and very little cleaning or removing of waste after the job was a downside (although we didn't specify if this was included in the quote, I guess!).
