Thanks for your feedback Yes we were late which I did let you know well before and you said it was ok London traffic, did not sent you an apprentice don’t know where you get that from he was a time served qualified electrician. I’m sorry if we let you down in any way but can’t control the outcome of an inspection your installation and fuseboard we’re not safe they were actually dangerous and you were trying to put pressure on me by passing them which can’t do by law, I need to write down whatever is on the day. My policy is getting paid for the inspection then will send you the certificates which you were not happy and didn't understand again which I’m sorry this is my policy, also you’ve sent payment weeks after inspection which was not the agreement. All in all I think this feedback is not fair and does not represent me and my company as I do take care of my customers a lot which can be seen in my previous feedbacks, I did contacted you after you’ve left the feedback and was trying to have a word with you and resolve the issue but you were nothing but rude to me on the phone, if my quote was higher the other electricians that doesn't mean that you need to write a negative feedback everyone is entitled to their quotes and your free as well to look somewhere else. The quote that I'm not NICEIC registered is simply not true and I'm insured as well! I wish you all of the best and hopefully you’ll rectify your dangerous installation. Kind Regards Richard
