Punctual and friendly. The problem was, as he had said over the ‘phone and he already had the part required in his van. He fixed the problem quickly with no mess. Would strongly recommend him to family and friends and definitely use him again.

Carl was brilliant, very friendly and professional. The communication before and leading up to the appointment was great, arrived on time. He managed to change my broken tap really quickly and was happy to explain what he was doing step by step as I was keen to watch and learn about plumbing. I had a couple of extra plumbing jobs that also needed looking at and despite being really busy, he was happy to help sort those too. Carl also took the time to check everything was working well and double checking for leaks after the taps were fitted. All in all, very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend Carl. Carl arrived exactly when he said he would. Fixed my toilet in record time and even did a couple of extras at no charge. He provided a first class professional job, was friendly and helpful and I would definitely use him again. Can’t fault him... gave me an upfront quote on ‘my builder’ which i excepted and saved me a lot of messing about getting loads of quotes etc. Contacted me when he was about to arrive with in the hour.
