To begin with Carl phoned me and quoted for the job. When he arrived he confirmed the cost and stuck to it despite supplying parts. He changed a tap and repaired another. Very friendly but at the same time didn't stop working. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire Carl again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Discussed problem on phone initially for idea on price. Arranged time to do the job and phoned in advance of attending. Explained what needed doing, confirmed price and got on with it. Nice friendly guy. Happy with the job.
