Carl arrived on time, was friendly and polite and got straight on with the job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Carl was ace, came and did the job the next morning after it was posted. Really professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Job was done with no fuss and was really helpful explaining things as he went along and answering any questions we had. Carl really knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone!

Very happy with the work Carl did. Arrived on time, got the work done quickly but to a high quality and also fixed leak problem we had. This was my first time using mybuilder.com and im so glad i found RESPONSIVE PLUMBING. Friendly to deal with unlike some on the site (Armitage Plumbing Solutions). Would likely recommend and definitely use Carl again in the future.

He called me almost immediately to help me figure a plan RE: my broken toilet and turned out to be dynamic, friendly, clear, honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable (he gave me loads of great advice about my plumbing set-up). He's just an absolutely first-rate plumber.
