Made arrangements to come over with full communications at every stage. Within 20-30 mins he sorted out the issue and explained why it was leaking. Within that time Carl took off the old service valve with the soldered extension and installed a flexible pipe, elbow joint and checked what I did. Very very happy with the way he presented himself, how he explained and how quickly he fixed, installed and tested everything.
