Extremely impressed with the team. Competitive prices, fantastic result and "Can Do" attitude. Considering my type of renovation was not typical, guys delivered, showed creativity. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again.

Found Ivaylo pleasure to work with - his men arrived on time every day and worked consistently. We were happy that he completely understood what we wanted and quoted a reasonable price for the job. Will definitely use him again.

Good team of guys. Came on time and were flexible in coming around on requested dates. Did the job as promised. Respectful to the neighbourhood and us and kept things clean in house. Needed a clear understanding off how the job will be done aswell as some suggestions before the job started but somewhat got through to it towards the end with some further discussion. Clear with pricing and friendly attitude from all the guys. Job done well as expected at a fast pace and kindly requested payments once it was completed.

Ivaylo was responsive, punctual and professional. He came round to price the job straight away, listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions and quoted a reasonable price. The job was completed on the day agreed, to a high standard. Although the level of workmanship was very good, we were concerned that the uneven finish on the reclaimed York stone slab channeled water into the house. Ivaylo listened to our concerns and came back the next day to correct the fall of the step. We are v pleased with the work he did and would certainly recommend Onyx IV for similar building projects.

Onyx assessed the job quickly and provided a quote which we accepted. The job was scheduled within the following week and completed by 3 tradesmen within one day, although the estimate had been for 2 tradesmen working over 2 days. The job was done to a highly satisfactory standard. In view of the shorter-than-estimated time for completing the work, Onyx reduced the invoiced price by £150. Ivaylo (from Onyx) approached the job in a reasonable and proficient manner.

Ivaylo was really helpful in advising what to do and carrying out the most cost-effective repair of the over-door stonework. He did a great job keeping it simple and removing the defective stone while (saving me lots of money in replacing the whole thing) while keeping the look of the design to stay in keeping with the rest of the houses in this conservation area. I'm really happy with what he did - especially as I wasn't able to supervise so I had to trust him to get on with the job. Thanks Ivaylo!
