Responded rapidly and was able to come to fix 3 or 4 tiles which had come loose very quickly. Happy with everything and am considering him for a bigger roof job.

Sourced through MyBuilder.com. for my elderly mother who resides alone. Prompt contact via text and phone call to make arrangements. Attended next day to repair leaking guttering and fix roof tile pointing. Videos and photos sent of assessment and work conducted and contact made throughout the day. Fair price charged. No complaints. Would use again. Would recommend

I highly recommend The Roof Doctor (Mike). He turned up when he said he would, kept me updated on the work in progress and completed the job required (re-pointing two chimneys and capping off one of the chimneys, plus he re-rendered a parapet wall). He even supplied photos so we could see before and after the work. He cleaned up when he'd finished and he and his labourer were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use him again.

The quality of the work done was good, but the work was poorly managed and I had to pay an employee directly for a days work as Michael the owner went AWOL. I could go on, but I feel that would be unfair as I understand Michael had a personal setback. But think he could have at least texted or called to explain his situation.

The whole process was extremely quick and efficient. There was great communication and a clear explanation of the issue along with photos. The work was completed on the same day as the quote and I am extremely happy with the result. Thank you!
