I put the job online late this morning. Russell contacted me, was round within half hour to give me a quote and the job is now complete. He took a picture of the broken tile to show what he'd be replacing. Russell is a friendly guy, super efficient and job was done for a good price. I'd certainly recommend him to others.

My job was to replace guttering which had been up for approximately 30 years. The firm I shortlisted rang me within minutes. Russell came across to give an estimate for the work required and a date was agreed. Russell was a very polite young gentleman. Explained what he was doing very thoroughly leaving me in no doubt. Came same day to quote as I posted my job, took pictures to show what needed doing, came back today and completed the job. Really happy with the service and would use them again.

After arriving back of holiday I found a leak. Russell responded to my request almost straight away, came out the next morning and was able to find the problem. He took a picture of it to show what the problem was and fixed it straight away. He did not overcharge or quote for unnecessary work. We were so impressed we have asked him to quote for another job and will definitely be using him again.
