Russ was very efficient getting back to me within a few minutes of posting my job, it was only a minor roof repair required so a lot of tradesmen were quoting a fortune, probably not interested, taken into account bigger jobs available, fuel, time and effort to get the ladders out but instead he quoted me a more than reasonable price and carried out the work at the agreed time and date, I feel that this is a honest reliable company and will definitely recommend them based on price, reliability and workmanship, I look forward for my quote I requested for UPVC facia and soffit. Excellent service. He phoned, arranged to come round and fixed the problem all within a day. Would highly recommend him and would definitely use RDS again in the future.

Russell got in contact straight away and after other quotes, he was able to carry out the work within the same week at a much cheaper rate compared to other quotes. Russell and his work colleagues were very hard workers and got straight on with the job in the same week as the quote, which was wonderful. Whilst fixing our flat roofs Russell noticed a couple of cracked tiles, which he fixed for no extra charge. Everything about his work and price was exceptional. Wow! Impressive (& very good value) service! After only an hour of posting the job, Russell rang & arranged to pop round to view the job. He identified the problem and offered a very reasonable price for replacing the slate and clearing the gutter. Russell returned today as arranged, very prompt & punctual. He, along with his colleague, carried out the work efficiently and looked for solutions to fix the drooping gutter. He suggested further work that would be beneficial, but in no way was 'pushy' or scaremongering. Can highly recommend Rds and will be having them back to replace the gutter in the near future!

Russell had the job estimated and completed within 24 hours! He was really helpful when he came to look at the fallen gutter on the Friday and talked through what was needed and what I could get nephews to do to save extra costs on some paintwork that needs tidying up.. He originally said he'd fit the job in the following week but then managed to fit it in Saturday morning.. I'm delighted so have asked him to do the paintwork and some pointing rather than cut corners with a DIY version!

RDS Roofing provided a quotation very promptly for some roof pointing on my house. They then carried out all the work with no issues. Very pleased with the service received and would definitely recommend them
