Russell was the first one to reply when I posted the project which together with the most competitive quote made me hiring him. There was no hidden extras during the project, also it was possible always to keep contact with Russell which is a good feeling when you try to keep things under control. Last but not the least Russell provided a 20-year guarantee for his work, not sure if all the builders provides such thing but for me this also is a key advantage.

The job was completed efficiently and on time. All communications were good and l was really satisfied with the replacement down pipe and the removal of an old TV aerial.
