We had a leak coming in from the Chimney in the kitchen. I posted online and Russ got in touch straight away. He came out to look at the job the following morning and completed it a few day’s later. Pricing was reasonable. We had a new cowl fitted, the top of the stack cemented and a replacement roof tile. The guys came, completed the work and left with no fuss. All mess taken with them. Following this we had more rain and I could hear something dripping down. No water was coming through as it was prior to having the work carried out. I contacted Russ and he assured me I was under guarantee for 10 years and to keep an eye on it. We’ve since had more rain and I haven’t heard anything else/ had anymore water in. Piece of mind that I am covered should anything happen in the future. Highly recommend

5 star service received from a highly knowledgeable, meticulous and skilled team of 5 roofing specialists. Russell Smith responded immediately once I had posted my job requirements. We met in person the very next day at the property where the job was to be done, and we discussed my job requirements. Russell gave me great and sound advice regarding the work to be carried, procedure, materials and choice of colours. Russell and I met again the following day and we came to an agreement of the work to be carried out, start date for the work to commence and an itemized quote. The scaffolding was erected on the agreed start date. Russell and his team arrived on Mon 15.06.20 at 8am and began stripping the old roof tiles, felt and battens. Hammered all nails down and cleaned the spars. Applied new battens, new membrane and bonding gutters. After lunch, Russell's team applied new tiles, then cleaned work area. Tue 16.06.20 8am Russell's team began completing tiling the roof, applied new dry verges and dry ridge system, grinded out chimney stacks and repointed, cleaned and sealed gutters. Cleaned work area. Wed 17.06.20 8am start , Russell's team applied code 4 lead to chimney stacks applied panitation oil and applied cowls. Swept all debris off the roof tiles, filled the skip and cleaned work area. Russell's team were methodical and extremely meticulous checking every tile and everything that they had applied. Completed by 3pm. Receipt and 20 year guarantee.

Top service from Russell and his guys, prompt replies and attending the job, fair pricing (compared against a good friend of mine) and guaranteed it all too. Tiles and gutters replaced and all good today almost a year later. Happy customer.
