Definitely NOT specialists! Absolute nightmare from start to end. Russell never was on site much and had cowboys doing the work for him. Whenever I would return home from work I'd find some sort of issue or another for which they would have to fix. They never used all the recommended parts that came with my velux windows. Half of my new roof seems to have been glued on. Roof gutter was left filled with waste. At the end upon my inspection there were a lot of cracked slates they had used. They replaced them by glueing the slates down using silicone! They had never used the TLC gold insulated felt before even though Russell had told me during quote that they had used it before. During the work they hadn't secured the roof rain tight. One night it rained and my attic was badly affected. Below my Daughters bedroom ceiling had a huge water mark from the rain that was let in.They had done a massive bodge up job of the requested twin skylights which were meant to be next to each other using the optional white support beam which I had purchased for £250. They didn't end up using it! They had really butchered up my roof. Nails sticking out everywhere. Happy to show photos if requested. To this day I still have slates dropping off loose. Every time it rains heavy and have heavy winds, I worry and have to check the roof the next morning. Worried that half my roof may blow off. I paid to have my roof reconditioned as new, not make it worse off than it was before!! Please stay well away.
