Great job from RDS. The weather delayed the start by a few days but very efficient team once they could get on. Looks really good.

Once the weather aloud work to start, I found the team well organised, extremely well mannered, curtious, helpful and explaind things on a daily basis. they even carried out extra repairs has requested. once scaffolding and skip had been removed they came back and cleaned my driveway, very professional in everything they did, what a joy to work with.

I booked RDS for a new roof after reading the positive reviews. The work began a week late (as Russell apparently had problems with another job). There was heavy rain which left my loft insulation soaked. After completion there was a vibration in the soil stack area and upon investigation in the loft I could see daylight,the wind was blowing through and the membrane was flapping. Russell sent two lads who seemed to have fixed the gap but I was still aware of noise when there was wind. On December 21 in the storm I lost half the ridge tiles which smashed tiles on the way down. On an estate of 30 houses mine was the only one with damage. Two lads came the following day at 3 pm but brought no ridge tiles as they said they had only been told about them a couple of hours earlier. They took off the damaged tiles, leaving the membrane exposed to the rain virtually every day until January 3 when they turned up and seemed to replace the tiles. A visitor remarked that some ridge tiles didn’t seem to be sitting properly. A firm replacing my soffits etc found that tiles weren’t clipped in properly, a screw and a plastic insert was missing. Numerous roof tiles were still damaged. The soil pipe collar had perished and a hole simply filled with sealant. This firm did remedial work for me. At a cost. Certificate of compliance has never turned up despite promises from Russell. Had sympathy after his accident, also weeks of worry. I had sympathyfor Russell’s accident

2 years later and almost 25 emails later my gutters still leak, got somebody else in who fixed them properly, avoid at all costs

Really quick to respond. Came round same day. Was straight up the ladder cleaning the gutter.
