Was very courteous and professional from his initial response through to the completion of the job. He gave the most detailed response to the initial brief, thoughtfully listing out a couple of options with pros and cons. He arrived when he said he would, and his communication was great - calling the evening before with a reminder and dropping a quick text when near the house. The work was completed very quickly (he is clearly skilled at what he does!) and at a competitive price, and the quality looks good. We will certainly call him again for future jobs.
