I am so pleased with the work that Ryan and Jordan did at our house. They put in a new boiler, replaced an outside tap and replaced two indoor sets of taps. My arthritis means I needed some different taps and the ones they have put in are brilliant. They are cheerful and very helpful. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to family members.

Ryan is clearly a very experienced and extremely helpful tradesman. His communication was excellent, even outside of work. He kindly visited to investigate our issue on a Saturday and refused to take any payment for a full hour on site after which he referred us to a specialist. Very honest and decent plumber. Will certainly recommend RCB.

A fantastic job, could not fault Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure that the job turned out perfect and that you were more than happy with him. Ryan did a great job for replacing taps, fixing dripping taps and fitting an outside tap for me - and he even did it in torrential rain. I was grateful that he took the time to explain a few things about plumbing to me so I am now a bit more knowledgeable!
