    Supply and install new boiler
    Proffesional outfit who visited to scope the job and too see what was wanted and where. Engineer turned up on time and completed the boiler installation in a morning, site left tidy. I was a happy bunny!

    Replace domestic boiler
    Excellent. Arrived on time, completed without difficulty or delay. Left work area clean and tidy. Could not have been more clear and helpful.

    Current boiler getting old
    Very pleased with the work done, they were punctual and all polite young men. When we had a small leak, rang them up and they came round the same day with no problems. They are very helpful and good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

    Replacing 3 port valve or diagnosing other problem
    R B Poolman were able to come the very same day, he looked at the broken part, realised nothing needed replacing, just cleaned up the valve and job done. He tested it all to make sure it worked and that was it. Was really lovely not to have somebody replace parts for the sake of it and the additional costs, means we saved £175. Will absolutely call them again when needed.

    Heating and hot water not working
    Hot water and heating not working, a guy came round that night to see if he could get it working for hot water, which he did. Part ordered, fitted within 48 hours. Great service, very professional. Would highly recommend. Reasonable price.

    Fix or replace my worcester combi boiler
    A thoroughly professional contractor, with rapid response followed up quickly with a well thought-through, detailed written quote. Not the cheapest, although all three quotes were within about 10% of each other, but I chose Poolman because they gave me the greatest confidence they would stick to their timings and do good work. The company was easy to contact throughout, and kept me informed about dates. The team did an excellent job, were careful and cleaned up well afterwards. All in all, I'd be happy to recommend Ryan and his company, RB Poolman, to anyone. Good price, good communication and good workmanship. Well done!
