Roy visited my property during the first week of January and gave useful advise. He promised that the draft plans would be emailed to me at the end of the second week in January. Then he went quiet. After several phone calls and leaving messages on this site he made contact with one line email that the draft plans would be sent the next day. This was seven days ago and I have not heard from him or received the draft plans. I need to get on with the job so I am giving the work to another tradesman. My advice is that if you are in a hurry to get plans drawn for planning permission then DO NOT employ Roy.

My husband dealt with Roy and I understand he was brilliant. Very prompt and brilliant drawings. I would definately recommend him to anyone needing drawing and plans in the future.Thanks Roy

Roy did a great job for me on advising me on what I needed in order to get permission for a loft conversion and was able to turn around drawings, and structural calculations enabling me to continue with plans with zero delay.

Roy Is a very pleasant gentleman with a really can do attitude unfortunately I gave him my orginal architect drawing with the promise of returning within 2 weeks. Needless to say the orginal plans or new plans have never materialisted even with a couple of calls and emails - the lady on website has been helpful to a point but I used this site to avoid individual who would promise to do something and deliver nothing - think its failed on this one! I am glad I didn't part with any money but have lost the orginal drawings.

Roy was fab. Good knowledge, great communications. If you need someone who can give a bigger picture and offer another view to help you get the best out of your property Roy was spot on. Cheers Roy
