Very thankful to have met Rafal. Our boilers expansion vessel and prv failed during the coronavirus lockdown. Thankfully he had all the parts with him so was immediately able to resolve. I think it was fixed within an hour of messaging him. Now have a trusted boiler engineer for future issues.

Rafal did an excellent job here. I had no heating or hot water. Rafal offered to come over straight away, late in the evening or at 7.30 the next morning. He was also very clear about labour costs, which were reasonable. When he came, he had both the required parts in the van which meant that the job was completed straight away. Excellent tradesman, it took a few times to repair my boiler completely as parts needed to be ordered etc. Rafal was efficient and arrived on time. I was happy with the level of his professionalism. Would definitely hire him again.
