Excellent service. Came to look at boiler after 5pm on Tuesday. Boiler would be expensive to repair so decided to opt for new boiler with full system flush. Gave us boiler options and kept us informed throughout the week. Attended on sunday to carry out the full works. Good standard of work, left us with heating and hot water, success! Happy to give him a high rating and have asked him to price other jobs for us.

Arrived on time and did a great job at the price quoted. Would recommend him and will be giving him another job shortly. Didn't leave any mess and was very polite.

Rohullah arrived when he said he would he was very polite and did a good job without any fuss and he also took away the old radiator. Also charged a very fair price. Would use his services again if needed.

I advertised for a Gas engineer via mybuilder and receive an instant response from Rohullah. I particularly like the way Rohullah operates, he asked for a description of the fault and a picture (we communicated via WhatsApp), responses were very quick. I was in a situation where my boiler was no longer functioning, hence had no hot water or central heating, it was a hard 3 days for five children and wife (winter time). Luckily had an electric shower. Rohullah diagnosed the issue and purchased the replacement part, he visited on an evening (5pm, on the same day), upon closer inspection he found that certain expensive parts had rusted away and advised cost of parts, then was advised another expensive part would also need replacing soon after (this is a 15 year old boiler). It wasn't in my interest to fix this boiler, I would be throwing away good money! It was agreed that this boiler could not be saved. Rohullah offered advice on a type of boiler I should purchase and what extra parts I would need. He offered to fit the new boiler on the weekend and didn't take advantage of my emergency. So I started searching the internet found the boiler I wanted, confirmed with Rohullah and picked the boiler up locally. This was all fitted and working by Saturday Afternoon. Charges are extremely reasonable. Fantastic result as I know from experience it can take weeks for someone to come out and take a look. If you wanted a honest and reliable guy give Rohullah a call.

I needed a leak sorting in the upstairs bathroom, he responded quickly to the job posting, called out to look at the job the next morning and resolved the problem there and then. I would hire him again in future.

We needed someone quickly, due to elderly parents with dementia and other health issues, who REALLY feel the cold. Rohullah fit us in at the end of his day because of these circumstances, which we really appreciated. He also checked he had the part that likely needed replacing BEFORE coming out, and checked this by asking us to send a photo of the boiler so he could check with certainty. How refreshing rather than turning up and telling us we would have to wait a week for a part! He kept us informed of his expected arrival time, which was great, as we live in another town so it was good to know we could wait and not be sat all night only for a no show. And he actually arrived within the 30 min timescale he had given. He was a lovely, very polite young man, and did a great job for a very reasonable price. He had the heating going and also was kind enough to stay long enough to make sure that once the boiler was firing the radiators heated up too. The parents (in their 80s) also thought he was "a very nice chap". Wouldn't HESITATE to recommend. We have kept his details for any future needs for either the parents or ourselves, as it's so nice to know you are not dealing with a cowboy, or indeed someone who tells you they will arrive but is then either hours late with no contact or doesn't show at all, which I think most of us have experienced at one point or another! 10 out of 10!
