    Gas safety certificate
    Performed a gas safety check on my boiler, very efficient, sent electronic copy through the same morning. Will keep details for future jobs.

    Combi Boiler Logic+ - No hot water
    Farooq was extremely helpful, responded quickly and fixed the issue with zero hassle. I couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommended.

    No central heating
    After a promising start and agreeing to come to see me he didn't turn up and didn't bother to message me or let me know what was happening. I was left with no heating and so was very disappointed as I was relying on him.

    Hi Susie, my sincere apologies for letting you down. Generally, I am extremely organised person and ensure that all the appointments are noted down in my diary but on this instance due to being extremely busy with other appointments, unfortunately I didn't and compeletly forgot to attend you on the given day and time for which I am extremely sorry. Since then I have phoned you twice and have personally apologised, which you have kindly acknowledged. I had offered to pay you compensation for inconvenience but it was not accepeted. As you have already hired another engineer, hope your heating comes back soon. Have a wonderful Christmas...!!

    Noisy boiler needs diagnosis and repair

    Almost no central heating
    Our central heating was barely working. After browsing I contacted QuickFix Heating and Plumbing. Farooq came out. He was really polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and was able to change the valves as he had the spares on his van. That in itself was excellent as in most cases the spares would have had to be ordered meaning no heating and another appointment. We would highly recommend Quick Fix Heating and Plumbing to anyone. Excellent Customer Service delivered in an efficient and professional way. Brian Appleby - a very satisfied customer.

    Worcter bosch greenstar 28i not firing up.
    Very professional and prompt service. While others said we needed a new boiler; Kashif diagnosed the problem right away and got it repaired on the spot! Bonus was he had the spare parts in the van. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

    Fixing Worcester GreenStar 32CDI Boiler
    Kashif is a very knowledgeable boiler expert. Promptly identified and resolved a couple of tricky issues with my Worcester boiler. 10/10 would recommend.

    Boiler repair PLEASE
    Amazing. He came when he said he would. From initial contact to fixing was in super quick time. Polite, curtious, professional and good. I only want this man for my boiler in future.

    Hafiz was excellent on time and brilliant customer service . Identified the fault and fixed it . Hafiz has great knowledge on boilers and repairs. Would recommend him and definitely would use his expertise again . Thank you Hafiz

    Boiler repair
    Excellent service provided. Would highly recommend. Farooq came out to see boiler same day as we were having issues with hot water. Part ordered from supplier and came back to fit next day. Really helpful with any questions I had. Will defiantly be in touch for any further work we need doing. Thank you :-)
