Reply created 15 Aug 2025I’m a Gas engineer that does some domestic plumbing, you hired me for a boiler fault that happened to be connected to your blocked sink. You paid for the boiler repair diagnostics, which was a blocked condense caused by blocked drainage. At that point you were clearly advised that I do not deal with drainage but I could try and put a cleaning chemical in the pipework as a cheap fix and if that didn’t work you were advised to contact a drainage engineer. You agreed to trying that and were only charged for the time to do that plus the chemical. Nothing has been miss diagnosed or has any wrong advice been given to you, if it had I would accept responsibility and issue you a full refund. I glad the boiler is now working and regret that you’re unhappy with service I provided.
Reply created 17 May 2022This comment was left by mistake, the job wasn’t done by Quick Flow Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We have contacted the customer by telephone and explained that we have never worked in her property, she agreed with the mistake and apologised but is yet to remove the comment.
