Ian was quick to reply to make an appointment to visit to give us a quote. He was polite & professional. The guys that fitted our windows were also very polite and done a great job. We are so happy with our new windows and patio door. Would definitely recommend this company. 👌

High quality, straight forward and good value service from Ian and his team from start to finish. From the initial contact we found Ian really friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. We were kept informed throughout the process and his team did a quick, professional, (polite!) and clean install. Ian followed up to ensure we were happy and our FENSA docs arrived a week post-install. We’re really pleased with our new windows and would recommend.

Very good value for money. Ian didn’t take any advance, I paid him by Credit Card and above all his quote was the cheapest among many contractors.

Very happy with our new windows! They make such a difference to our house and we’re very pleased we went with Quality Home Improvement. The fitters were great and did an excellent job. We were very impressed with the overall finish and also how much they tidied as they went along. Would recommend.

Ian was fantastic I had a problem with paint on my patio door and window that I could shift and he sorted ASAP, he could have quite easily said I need news ones but he didn’t. That is good service and now will recommend him to friends and family

Had French doors and kitchen window renewed. Ian provided quote by phone and attended site in November to take measurements. Works were completed in January. Very satisfied with promptness of service. Communication with Ian was excellent throughout. Also very happy with the work themselves Fitters doing the installation turned up promptly and completed the works within four hours. Everything was very efficient and area was left clean and tidy with Ian attending on completion to check works and ensure we were happy. Would happily recommend Ian and his fitters.
