Josh was very professional, responded quickly to my request and came and fixed my toilet the next day, even rang to let me know when he’d be arriving. My rule of thumb with any contractor is to check the tidiness of his vehicle. It is usually a good indicator as to how he will carry out his work.The vehicle was spot on and so was his work. He was exceptionally thorough and explained what he was doing and why. It wasn’t as simple a job as we had expected but he soldiered on and did a great job. Josh is probably one of the best around and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone
