    Fitting a tv wall bracket on the chimney breast

    Quang called me immediately when I shortlist him. After we have a quick chat, I decided to give him the work and arrange a time afterwards. He arrived on time as we agreed with all the tools needed. My TV was coming with the stand. He patiently took off the stand and mount on the wall at the perfect position. Furthermore, he mounted the sounds bar on the wall for me at the same time. Now the TV and sounds bar look fantastic on the wall. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well. I am very happy with the work and would recommend him as well. I would definitely use him if I have the chance.

    Tripping RCD

    Extractor fan, outside plug and wire disconnection

    I agreed a date for Quang to do the work in three weeks after his holiday. On the day I arranged for him to pick up keys. He postponed until later in the day. Then he didn't turn up or let me know what had happened. Then at about 5.30pm he finally let me know that he was 45 minutes away. As I had to go away, I had to cancel the job with Quang, who I couldn't rely on.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I truly am sorry about the delay and I don't blame you for being angry. I had been busy all day. I arranged for between 3-5pm but delayed due to customer alteration on current job. After telling Ian i was then on the way after completion on current job he said he be at the place for another hour for which I tried to rush over from other side of London. In the middle of my journey of rush hour traffic Ian told me to not bother anymore as he think he can't trust me with the keys. As a tradesmen it don't always go smoothly as there will be obsticles which will delay the job no matter how quick you try to get it done. Hopefully it don't happen again. If you reading this Ian I am deeply sorry about all this.
