    Move sky box and tv to another room

    Quang did an excellent job in moving my sky box to another room in my flat. He was extremely knowledgeable, careful, honest and friendly and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

    Installing spotlights in a kitchen

    Quang was friendly and efficient. He sorted all the parts for us, making the whole experience a lot easier. He was prompt, cleared up after finishing and has done a good job. He talked us through different options so we got what we wanted. Would recommend.

    Installation of oven including replacement plugs

    Faulty plug socket - ASAP outside of working hours

    Within an hour of contacting Quang via the website my faulty socket was fixed and power restored. His service was faultless and I would recommend him highly.

    Installing an oven

    Really impressed by Quang! He turned up after a disastrous oven installation, took measurements and came back the next day with all the right stuff. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him. Not to mention that we arranged for him to come over between 8-9am, Quang arrived at 8am on the dot!

    Fitting of 2 lights - 1 x pendant & 1 x chandelier

    Job was competitively priced by Quang, who commmunicated well and clarified the work that needed doing including potential for increases if any complications. He arrived on time, was polite l, did the job quickly, with minimal mess and I’m very happy with the work.

    Broken light fixture + possible new fuse box

    Extractor Fan Blown

    Lighting in flat was not working due to bathroom extractor fan blowing. Quang resolved the electricity problem but in doing so he ripped the extractor fan from the ceiling rather than removing it correctly using a screwdriver. This has meant I now need to re-plaster the ceiling and fit another extractor fan - Quang said he had someone who could do this for me and to expect a call but it never came.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    First off I did not rip the fan off the ceiling. The ceiling was damp with water and it all fell apart. As I unscrewed it the ceiling crumbled away. The lighting in the house tripped due to the faulty fan so place was in darkness. So I isolated the power to the fan and made it safe again and light back in working order. Told the landlord that I knew someone who can fix the ceiling but was only a recommendation to help landlord with the issue which was out of my hand afterwards. Landlord post job and invited me at about 8.30pm at night. I got there about 9pm as it sounded like emergency. After job was completed he told me he was happy I came so late at night and now to leave me a negative feedback just to show what kind of person I had to deal with. I take pride in my work and hopefully don’t have to meet these kind of people again.
